Returns & Replacements
Golf grips can be returned if they have not been opened or installed within 30 days for a full refund. Shafts can be returned if uncut, not prepped, and not damaged within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. No refunds for shipping charges on orders that have been shipped. If the payment was made with PayPal, the refund amount will be reduced by the PayPal fees for the initial purchase. At regripit.com, we weigh every package to determine the shipping cost. Because grips are a uniform weight, we are always able to know how many grips are in each package. Because of this fact, all mis-ship claims will be cross referenced with our shipping database to verify the weight matches the order quantity before re-shipping merchandise. We also keep tight control of our inventory counts and cross reference inventory numbers when mis-ships are claimed.
